Project Management Certification - This 6-week program begins by reviewing the theory and core methodology you need to manage projects or participate on project teams. You then learn how to use Microsoft Project 2007 to assist with planning a project and managing it. The remaining portion of the program explores the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), the standard of project management best practices. The program helps you to prepare for the Project Management Institute’s CAPM certification exam. Launched in 2003, the CAPM recognizes individuals with a demonstrated understanding of project management’s fundamental knowledge, processes, and terminology. The lab fee includes all books required for the class, an exam voucher for either CompTIA’s Project+ or the Microsoft MCTS Exam 70-632 and the cost of the CAPM exam. This is a Live, Online class. - Certified Internet Professional - This program prepares you for a career in Web Design. Designing a site structure, developing a user interface, using style sheets, and creating Web documents will be covered in the basics. Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Tecnician (MCDST) - The program consists of 2 courses and 2 exams that lead to the Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Specialist (MCDST) certification. This program can be a stepping-stone to the MCSA. Course titles are Supporting Users Running the MS WinXP Operating System and Supporting Users Running Application on a MS WinXP O/S. The courses are designed to prepare students to pass the 2 exams necessary to obtain the certification. This is a Live, Online class.- Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) -The Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) Windows2003 track is designed for professionals who implement, manage, and troubleshoot existing network and system environments based on Microsoft Windows2003 platforms. Implementation responsibilities include installing and configuring part of the systems. Management responsibilities include administering and supporting the systems. The first 2 courses and 2 exams in this program lead to the Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Specialist (MCDST) certification. After this there are 5 more courses and 3 more exams to complete to gain your MCSA certification. This program can be a stepping-stone to the MCSE. The courses are designed to prepare students to pass the 5 exams necessary to obtain the certification. This is a Live, Online class.
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) - The Microsoft® The Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) Windows Server 2003 track is designed for information technology professionals working in a typically complex computing environment of medium to large organizations. MCSEs effectively plan, administer, implement and troubleshoot the network interconnection of devices, systems, and communication services to meet the functional objectives of the business. A Windows Server 2003 MCSE candidate should have at least one year of experience implementing and administering a network operating system. These classes will be available for a limited time. - IC3 - The IC³ training and certification program covers a broad range of computing knowledge and skills that proves competency in the areas described below. It is a globally accepted and validated credential that provides proof of your skills. Now, more than ever, basic computer and Internet skills are being considered prerequisites for employment and higher education. There is an additional fee for the exams.
