- IC3 - The IC³ training and certification program covers a broad range of computing knowledge and skills that proves competency in the areas described below. It is a globally accepted and validated credential that provides proof of your skills. Now, more than ever, basic computer and Internet skills are being considered prerequisites for employment and higher education. There is an additional fee for the exams.
