Curriculum...
The instructor will spend time talking with a representative on your staff prior to commencing the training to assess the specific tasks and skill sets that are most needed in the workplace. The curriculum will be developed around those needs. Students will be assessed at the beginning of the first class to determine their current skill level in the areas to be covered. The same skill assessments will be repeated at the end of the entire course to determine retention of training.
